Unfortunately in this country, so much of pregnancy care is problem-focused, birth is medicalized and postpartum care is often inadequate. Those who seek out private perinatal education have better birth outcomes, feel more supported and feel more confident in caring for their babies. Through educating our pregnant and postpartum families, we can put the power back in their hands.
