Sleep Support

Sleep is an essential part of your child's growth and development and getting the adequate amount directly impacts alertness, skills acquisition, memory, mood, behavior, learning, and language. Sleep is a necessary part of your postpartum recovery and is required for you to perform all of the functions of parenthood. If you are struggling with frequent night wakings, split nights, bedtime resistance, or short naps, it may be time to consult an expert to get your child's sleep habits in order. Children can learn new sleep habits at any age, but the earliest we can expect long stretches of sleep for nights and naps is around 16 weeks old. Our experts would love to talk to you about helping make sleep a priority for your family!

Virtual and home visits

I teach exhausted parents, with children ages 0-7, to sleep through the night and take predictable naps. Because of my years as a special education teacher, I believe every child learns differently, every parent teaches differently, and my sleep support should reflect each family's unique dynamics.
